• Our largest lot available is a 28 X 70.

• We have a few single wide lots for 16 X 80 homes.

• We also have some lots with flexibility for a small double wide or a 16 X 70 single wide.

Is there management available on-site?

• We are unique, in that, we not only have management on-site, but our owners reside just outside the community.

• Since we have management/owners on-site, we are able to offer distinctive customer service.
